All the staff we met were wonderful. The receptionists who welcomed us and checked us in, the welcome drinks, the concierge who showed us to our rooms and gave us a tour. Everyone we met were genuine and friendly. The rooms were amazing, very big, spacious and the views of the Cathedral were stunning. The rooftop bar overlooking the Cathedral is what makes this hotel very unique for the city. I have a list of hotels in many cities around the world that feels like home to me. This is made it to that list for not just Seville, but for Spain.

The property was modern indoors but dressed in classic Spanish charm on its outside. The facilities were lovely and the amenities were top notch. You could not beat the view from your room(depending on location), roof top pool or bars! The beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable(My husband might argue, too comfortable as there were times it was hard to want to get up). The location was central to so many highlights and attractions. Hungry? No problem! You could walk out and turn any direction and have an unlimited amount of wonderful cuisine, coffee, cocktails or dessert! All around fantastic stay!

Location was excellent, very quiet late into the evening which meant we could sit, watch and listen to the Cathedral bells from the open doors of our balcony. The team strove to make our stay enjoyable and we couldn’t fault them. They were helpful with recommendations for shopping, places to visit and were genuinely lovely in each encounter we had, always greeting us and asking how our day had been. Rooms were spotless, large, airy, comfortable and the high standard was also reflected in the detail of the toiletries, fluffy bathrobes and slippers. I’m sorry we were only there for a few days as could have easily stayed longer.

The location was excellent and you couldn’t get a more central position. The staff were excellent and the hotel was clean and very modern. The service was some of the best I have encountered. The interior room was ideal and the rooftop bar had great views of the area. The restaurants and attractions were so close and this hotel was perfect as a base to explore the old part. The taxi journey from the airport was quick, easy and cheap.

Great location right in front of the Cathedral in the heart of the city. The style of the hotel was amazing mixing contemporary look within an old historic structure. It also had an amazing terrace area with a bar overlooking the Cathedral. The best view in Sevilla.

Everything about this hotel was very good and very impressive. The design and location were just perfect. The hotel is a combination of many old houses and they have done an amazing job making it into the hotel that is now. The room was extremely spacious, the bedding and bed were also good. The location is the best thing about this hotel. You simply cannot find a better location in Seville. THey also offer cava and water and really good chocolate complimentary at the reception which i thought was very attentive.

We were very lucky with a room with a private terrace and the whole stay, including the restaurants, was just perfect. Your staff is lovely and the room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning was perfect and when you close the windows, it blocks almost all sound from the streets. The location was 10/10. Superb! The hotel itself is stunning. I would definitely recommend everyone to go there.

We received a complimentary upgrade to a room with a view of the Giralda, but the room and bathroom felt quite small for a Deluxe Room. Location of the hotel is first class next to the Giralda and Cathedral. Breakfast was very good, service a bit slow.

Fantastic service from start to end. Location in front of the cathedral cannot be beat, and I guess you pay for that !
